Abstract

성견 5마리의 하악골을 레진에 포매한 후 전산화단층사진을 다음과 같은 조건에서 촬영하
여 얻어진 협설단면상에서 치조정-하악관간 거리, 협면-하악관간 거리, 설면-하악관간 거
리를 측정하여 비교하였다. 대조군은 하악각(하악의 교합면이 수선과 이루는 각) 0。,
gantry각 0。로 하였으며 실험군은 각각 하악각 15。, gantry각 0。(1군);하악각 30。,
gantry각 0。(2군);하악각 15。, gantry각 15。(3군), 하악각 30。, gantry각 30。(4군)로 하
였다. 얻어진 결과는 아래와 같다.
1. 치조정-하악관간 거리는 1군과 2군에서는 대조군보다 컸으며 3군과 4군에서는 대조군
보다 작았다. 협면-하악관간 거리와 설면-하악관간 거리는 모든 실험군에서 대조군보다 작
았다.
2. 대조군과 가장 큰 차이를 보인 측정 항목은 치조정-하악관간 거리였으며 특히 2군과 4
군에서 가장 컸다(p<0.05).
3. 대조군과의 오차가 1㎜ 이하인 경우는 치조정-하악관간 거리에서는 3군이 20개로 가장
많았으며 2군과 4군에서 11개로 가장 적었다.
4. 협면-하악관간 거리와 설면-하악관간 거리는 대부분의 경우에 대조군과의 오차가 크지
않았다.

We used five adult dog mandibles embedded in resin block and six different
cross-sectional planes for each mandible were choosen. According to the angle of
mandibular occulsal plane to vertical plane(mandibular angle) and gantry angle of CT
machine, we classified 4 experimental groups and 1 control group.
The control group images were taken at the mandibular angel 0。 and gantry angle 0
。. The experimental images were taken at the mandibular angle 15。 and gantry angle
0。(group 1); 30。 and 0。(group 2); 15。 and 15。(group 3); 30。 and 30。(group 4),
respectively. Using the reformatted cross-sectional images, the distance from the
mandibular canal to the alveolar crest and the distance from the mandibular canal to the
buccal cortex and to the lingual cortex was measured and compared.
The obtained results were as follows :
1. The distance from the mandibular canal to the alveolar crest of group 1 and 2 was
larger than control group, but the distance of group 3 and 4 was smaller. The distance
from the mandibular canal to the buccal cortex and to the lingual cortex of all
experimental groups was smaller than control group.
2. The distance from the mandibular canal to the alveolar crest showed the largest
difference from control group in all experimental groups, especially in group 2 and
4(p<0.05).
3. In the distance from the mandibular canal to the alveolar crest, the number of
deviation value under 1 ㎜ was 20 in group 3 and was 11 in group 2 and 4,
respectively.
4. The deviation value of the distance from the mandibular canal to the buccal cortex
and to the lingual cortex was under 1 ㎜ in most cases.
